Why the willow

Willow House Coffee is a family-run coffee shop at 1004 S. Saunders Street, started by a couple who share a love of building and serving the community — one with years in the coffee industry, the other with a background in social work and health coaching.

The willow tree has long been a symbol of strength and resilience. Its flowing branches move with life — and offer space for gathering beneath them and taking shelter. That is the idea behind the shop: a cozy vibe and a community mindset.
